AIAP is a full-time programme. Apprentices are expected to work in-person at the AI Singapore office from 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday. 95% attendance is a requirement for the successful completion of the programme. During AIAP, the apprentice will receive a monthly stipend ranging from $3,500 to $5,500 depending on his/her years of relevant experience and qualifications.
Apprentices are expected to quit their full-time job (if any) and are NOT allowed to keep their employed status – note that sabbatical and no-pay leave from their current employer are NOT allowed due to the non-compete clause and confidentiality of the projects they are assigned to in AIAP.
