Billing and Participation Terms

  • Please note that full payment must be received before you can participate in the programme. Should payment not be made before your preferred starting month, your team may be re-scheduled to a later month until payment is made. This holds even if you have selected payment terms which end later than the programme start date.
  • No refunds will be made if you withdraw less than FOURTEEN (14) days from the scheduled programme start date.
  • You may only request for ONE (1) change in programme batch and only BEFORE programme commencement. No refunds will be made if your team is unable to participate in the re-scheduled programme batch. 
  • Change of participants will only be accepted if you inform the LADP team at least 2 weeks before the start of the programme AND only if the nationality of the old and new participants are the same. The new participant will be required to complete and pass the registration verification checks before the change is accepted.

 

Preferred LADP Intake 

LADP intakes are conducted every month. Your team members must all be in the same intake. If the preferred month is fully subscribed, and/or payment is not received before the start of the programme, you may be waitlisted or scheduled to a later month. Please ensure that the participants in your team are all available to participate in the programme in the scheduled month.

Terms and Conditions

* Please agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I / We declare that the information provided on behalf of my company in this application is true and accurate. Any false or misleading declaration shall be made liable for disqualification, or if already admitted, for cancellation.
2. I / We understand that full payment is required to be made upon confirmation of participation, and before programme commencement, to secure training places in the programme. No withdrawal or refunds shall be allowed upon programme commencement. Any intention to withdraw from the programme must be made at least two weeks before programme commencement.
3. I / We understand that all training materials provided in the programme cannot be shared with anyone who is not a registered participant of the programme. We declare that we will not copy or reproduce, or permit others to copy or reproduce, in any form, media or device, any documents, data or other material provided in the programme.
4. I / We understand that the personal data collected will be used for the purposes of managing and administering this programme and for assessment purposes, and may be disclosed to the Nanyang Technological University, AI Singapore partners, service providers and funding agencies.
5. I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NTU, AI Singapore, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and partners from and against any claim, demand or legal proceedings, including legal expenses, made by any third party, arising out of the applicant's breach of the terms and conditions herein.
6. I / We understand that AI Singapore reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, content, etc. without prior notice.
