Common possible errors

Error 1: Invitation redemption failed

If you encounter an error during registration such as the screenshot on the left, it means that your account is still being created.

What to do?

  1. Check your email.
  2. You will receive an invitation email from Microsoft.
  3. In the email, click on the ‘Accept Invitation’ link to complete your registration.
